San Carlo Lime and Pink Peppercorn Chips

Just after we landed in Rome in May, my boyfriend went to grab lunch for us to eat in the yard of our AirBnB while the cleaners finished. A couple beers, a sandwich to share, and these chips, which he called the best chips in the world. They are, in fact, incredible. I have now been keeping them stocked in my house at all times. Dip them in the good sour cream from the Russian market.
